When will my order ship?

Our very small team packs orders as quickly as possible. Our goal is to have your order shipped in 7-10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your package is ready to be sent.
Will my order include tracking?

Yes. Both Canada orders and USA orders include tracking through USPS.
Do you ship internationally?

Shipping is currently open to USA and Canada. We are hoping to expand our shipping areas in the near future.
Will items in my cart be held for me until checkout?

Items are removed from inventory as purchases are completed, which is unfortunately beyond our control. Because of this, items in your cart will not be held. For the best shopping experience, we recommend having your list ready and checking out as soon as possible.
How are my seeds packaged?

To protect the contents of your order, seeds are shipped in padded envelopes with USPS tracking. To reduce shipping costs and environmental impact, the padded envelope will contain ONE single, decorative Carmel Bella Farm seed packet, unless the order requires or specifies different. Each variety we offer is individually packaged and labeled into small bags. The individual bags are then inserted into the decorative seed packet and sealed with a sticker. Packaging is subject to change depending on product availability. Below is an example:
Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are not able to add or subtract items. We are unable to combine separately placed orders.
How should I store my seeds if I do not plant them all right away?

Seeds should be stored in a dry, dark place in an environment with a cool and steady temperature. It is wise to keep them in a sealed container or bag to help protect them from moisture and prevent potential pest damage. When stored properly, tomato seeds are known to stay viable for up to ten years, though as time goes by, germination rates will likely decline.
