Such a stunner... this is actually one of my very favorite varieties. These can range in size from approximately 2-8 oz, but one thing that always remains true is that the plethora of color and beauty they showcase is breathtaking. Heavy black shoulders bleed into the most beautiful flame colored base of rasperry pink and coral.
For flavor, the thick meaty walls are incredibly rich, sweet and complex with a very succulent and tender texture. Excellent production. Very unique and hard to find!
