Gorgeous, elongated bells are produced on prolific, early-season plants showcasing a rainbow of colors from dark purple, lavender, pale yellow and lime green. Fruits will ripen to shine deep shades of tangerine and red with occasional purple streaks. They have thick, crisp and juicy walls that are sweet and fruity.  Iko Iko is a multi purpose cultivar that originated from Africa and is often used in Caribbean and Cajun cuisine. We love to stuff and roast them before they have ripened, sauté them for fajitas when they are sweet, and slice them raw into salads at any stage!
